DESCRIPTION Some customers may experience one or more of the following symptoms: The profile cannot be switched to the Guest Account on the Mazda Connect screen. • When canceling the PIN code entry for profile lock, the screen cannot transition to any screen other than the camera view. • Even after performing a Mazda Connect factory reset, some user settings are not reset. • In “Settings” – “Profiles & Accounts,” the following operations are unavailable: renaming the profile, account linking, and changing automatic data synchronization settings. • These symptoms are due to improper BCM control software. To eliminate these concerns, the BCM control software has been modified. REPAIR PROCEDURE 1. Verify the customer concern. 2. The changes are noted in Red text. 16-004/26 05/19/26 and 05/06/2026 DESCRIPTION The release notes outlined below provide an overview of bug fixes, feature improvements, and updates included in the latest CDC and DCM software updates. The latest version of software contains all the updates of the previous versions. Version KLAS-67CK3-J (DCM) and Applicable CDC Files (see Calibration table) fixes these software errors (bugs): A beep sound is emitted from near the SOS switch (further improvement). • Google-related functions, such as voice recognition, smartphone remote operations, and connected service subscriptions are not available. • The volume of the beep sound when a DCM malfunction is detected has been reduced. • Additonal update for SOS button illuminates red and emits a beep sound immediately after IG ON.
