Summary
After removing the lugnuts so many times, they no longer stay tighten. Eventually, the bolts will wear out causing your nuts to continuously come loose. I got new tires not even 2 weeks ago and ever since, they won't stay tightened. One of them won't tighten at all, it's striped out. This is not normal wear and tear. I didn't start experiencing issues with it until I had my tires removed 6 times in less than 6 months for suspension repairs, new tires, and regular maintenance. This isn't even this first I'm hearing of this issue with this same car. I've had several mechanics ask me if I've ran into the issue yet since it's so common. This on top of the 6f35 transmission failures in this car (amd other things) these things aren't safe to drive.

Purchased vehicle on March 5, 2025 from a dealer. At the time it had approximately 20,000 miles. Within days of purchase, the car would not start even after pushing the battery reset button. Eventually, it would restart, but the time it took was considerable. Took the car to the Hyundai dealer near me and discovered that it had been with them for two months prior to purchase for the same problem. They have replaced the 12 V battery and possibly the hybrid battery, but now after owning it for about six weeks, it is giving me a message that there is a problem with the hybrid system and I should stop driving immediately. It is now back at the dealer. They can’t seem to duplicate the problem and I don’t feel safe driving the car because I don’t know if and when I’m going to get to my destination.

My engine is blown at only 80,000 miles. Dealer said bad lifter. I was on the freeway and with no warning I lost power and black smoke. No warning. And now $16,000 to repair. Only 80,000 miles. At 100,000 you change spark plugs. I cannot afford to fix it. I spent 6 years saving up for just the down and now it’s gone. And I could have been very hurt on the freeway and hurt other people. Windshield has terrible glare and reflects the dashboard as to limit visibility. Front collision and auto braking including rear collision and braking are a safety hazard as they create hard braking events for no reason. Car will stop sudden for no reason. These are both serious safety issues. These are problems we have had with the car since purchase and have had the dealership shop work on the problem and were told just to leave it turned off. This is not the correct way to fix a problem with a vehicle.

During normal driving conditions in stop and go traffic the engine coolant over-temperature warning message displayed on the dashboard. Also, for a couple days prior to this incident, the vehicle exhibited hesitation when attempting to accelerate, and the engine was very close to stalling multiple times. There wear no other symptoms of the problem prior to the failure. The vehicle was towed to a local Ford dealership, where it was confirmed the issue was related to existing TSB 20-2234 (2.0L EcoBoost - Illuminated MIL With Various DTCs And/Or Low Coolant Level, White Smoke From Tailpipe And/Or External Coolant Leak), and repairs were completed.

Summary
While making a turn in a parking garage at low speed, I heard a loud popping sound. When I got out to inspect, I discovered that the front wheel had collapsed inward. There was no collision, curb hit, or external damage—just a spontaneous failure of the suspension system. This is the second time this same failure has occurred within the past year on this vehicle. The incident caused a complete loss of steering control, putting my safety at risk. Fortunately, I was not driving at high speed or on a public road when this occurred. There were no warning lights, noises, or other symptoms leading up to the event. The failed parts appear to include critical suspension and steering components (likely control arm, tie rod, or ball joint), and photos are available. The failure has not yet been inspected by the dealer or manufacturer, but the vehicle is available for inspection if requested. Given that this is a 2021 RAM with relatively low mileage, and it has experienced two nearly identical failures, this raises serious concerns about a potential manufacturing or design defect that could affect other vehicles.
