This recall governs an electrical defect within the Electric Hydraulic Power Steering Pump (EHPSP) connector that creates an imminent risk of spontaneous vehicle fire while the vehicle is parked and the ignition is in the "OFF" position.The service department performed a cursory visual inspection and asserted that the vehicle "passed," thereby refusing to perform a physical component replacement. Recognizing the progressive nature of high-resistance electrical defects and the severity of the fire hazard, I explicitly requested a physical hardware replacement of the connector harness. The dealership management flatly refused to order the necessary manufacturer remedy parts or execute the component installation. IV. LEGAL VIOLATION AND REQUEST FOR INVESTIGATION Under federal law, 49 U.S.C. Chapter 301 and specific National Highway Traffic Safety Administration mandates, authorized franchise dealerships are legally obligated to remedy safety defects without charge and to the full satisfaction of eliminating the risk. A simple visual evaluation fails to alter the underlying manufacturing deviation or secure the long-term safety of the vehicle.By refusing to provide the physical component remedy, Lake Norman Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram is in direct violation of its statutory recall obligations. I request that the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration initiate an immediate investigation into this dealership's non-compliance, compel the submission of all service records for this visit, and enforce my federal right to a complete physical hardware remedy to mitigate this safety risk.

Summary
I have been having issues with my breaks sticking when applied. To the point that it’s completely stopping my car and i need to use my foot to release the brake from behind. I have had the dealership look at this issue and they can’t seem to find the problem. They also broke my car and claimed they did not feel the sticking. I’ve had the dealership look at my vehicle twice for this issue. It is a safety risk with children in my vehicle. Also everyone i lock my vehicle. My alarm is going off saying someone is opening the door on my Lincoln app. Additionally, every time i start my car it says the passenger door is open, when it’s not. The sync Bluetooth constantly connects and disconnects or if i plug my phone i to the charger for CarPlay it does not work. This biggest problem is my brakes sticking. Like i said when i am braking gradually they are sticking to the floor and not releasing. Thai doesn’t always happen but it has happen a lot recently. I need this fixed!!!!! Multiple recalls that are not available as well

This vehicle’s windows dull out and side mirrors get brown and orange spots on them. Seat Belts won’t hold your seat belt and can sometimes pop out while going down the road. It sets off the seat belt alarm and you have to keep trying to get it back in. There’s a Recall for some 2017 models, but this one doesn’t fall under the recall but has the same issues for the Engine cooling fan. Electric cooling fan won’t spin and causes the car to use up coolant and overheat. This also messes with your air conditioner and causes the inside of your car to get hot as it can only blow warm air. (Injury)The plastic for the hood prop rod easily falls off and is a safety issue when you are working under the hood as the hood can fall onto your head when this plastic piece falls off. The gear shit stops working and won’t go into reverse. The parking brake pull button is located next to the cup holders and at high risk for electric damage if the cups in the cup holder leak or have condensation and leak into that parking brake pull switch. If the battery dies, and you quickly need to move the car off of a busy highway or train track, you have to take off the entire piece of the gear shift and find something small enough to fit into the hole to pop the car into neutral or reverse. This is a huge safety risk and takes too much time in high risk areas!!

Electriconic braking moduel with "Check Brake" indication light and"Hybrid System Warning! and vehicle will come to a stop and warning flights will flash until you turn off the vehicle sit for 10-20 minutes. Brakes will not work and vehicle loses power. Battery has been replaced and large 140 fuse in trunk of vehicle and no improvement. KIA states no recall on my vehicle, but my vehicle has had to have recall repairs done on it regardless of not being listed on this site. I need to know what to do. Vehicle is reliable otherwise. Right now, its risky to drive.

After the update, the tire pressure screen was removed from the page sequence and relocated into a deeper Vehicle Information submenu that requires multiple button presses and menu navigation. This change has created a significant safety issue. Tire pressure can only be displayed while the vehicle is in motion, yet the update now requires the driver to divert attention from the road to navigate several screens in order to access it. This is a clear regression from a human factors and safety standpoint. The previous method was intuitive, efficient and aligned with safe driving practices. The new method increases cognitive load and driver distraction at precisely the moment when attention should remain on the road. I respectfully request that Kia reevaluate this change and consider restoring tire pressure visibility to the steering wheel page button or another single-action, high-visibility location. Tire pressure is not a secondary diagnostic item; it is essential real‑time safety information that should remain immediately accessible. I appreciate Kia’s commitment to innovation, but updates that alter established safety workflows should be communicated clearly and designed to not be at odds with a driver's attention to the road. I hope Kia will take this feedback seriously and consider adjustments in future software releases. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

The vehicle displayed warnings and temporarily disabled ADAS functions. The Reduced Acceleration event created a hazardous situation in traffic. The dealer attributed the incident to “low coolant,” but the diagnostic codes clearly show electrical and communication failures across multiple safety‑critical modules. The antifreeze odor continues, suggesting a possible coolant leak or unresolved cooling system issue. The vehicle has been inspected by GM technicians, and the codes were documented on both visits but they say car is fine. The safety systems affected include brakes, engine cooling, electrical CAN‑bus communication, and collision‑avoidance radar modules. I am requesting NHTSA to record this complaint and evaluate whether these failures represent a broader safety defect in the 2024 Chevrolet Traverse Z71.

Summary
On or about April 17, 2026, while driving my 2022 Honda CR-V equipped with the 1.5L turbocharged engine (approximately 53,890 miles), I experienced a sudden loss of engine power and performance. There were no warning lights, warning messages, or other symptoms prior to the incident. The first indication of a problem occurred during the failure itself. Diagnostic testing later identified DTC P0299 (turbocharger underboost). The vehicle was transported to an authorized Honda dealership (Stokes Honda North), where technicians diagnosed a catastrophic turbocharger failure. During their inspection, they determined that metal from the failed turbocharger had contaminated the engine and recommended complete engine replacement. The sudden loss of engine power created a significant safety concern because the vehicle could not accelerate normally in traffic. A loss of power while merging onto a highway, crossing an intersection, or attempting to avoid another vehicle could increase the risk of a collision. The failure was confirmed by the authorized Honda dealership. The vehicle was also inspected by American Honda as part of its warranty review. Although Honda denied warranty coverage, I am submitting this complaint to report what I believe is a potential safety-related failure involving the turbocharger and resulting engine damage. The vehicle remains available for inspection if requested. I respectfully ask NHTSA to determine whether similar failures are occurring in other 2022 Honda CR-V vehicles equipped with the 1.5L turbocharged engine and whether further investigation is warranted.
