Summary
9/25/25 My truck accelerated on its own, in drive, while turning and a downhill situation. It revved high, about 2000 RPM but I was able to pull over to get it in park to stop revving, and turned it off. It restarted and when I arrived to work that trip, it did the same in reverse while trying to park. Had to hold brake hard to get truck to stop. Took to dealer did who did SW update to transmission
module. 1/13/26 truck again revved while pulling forward in Mc'D's drive through, worker mentioned "that could have been bad", I said yes I thought they had fixed. Had to hold brake hard and shift into park to stop it. 3/31/26 It revved to about 2000-2500 rpm while stopped at Moine Rd. and 585 with car waiting in front of me with 55MPH traffic crosswise. I was able finally get into to park to stop it while holding brake hard to keep from moving, and turned off truck. Took to dealer who had truck for a week, engineers said to return to me (4-10-26)because they could not duplicate or find error code or problem. 4/13/26 SEL light came on, threw evap code P!CEA-00, they did SW upgrade to PCM. Thought it was fixed. About 2400 miles later on 7/10/26, while waiting at red light with car in in front of me it lurched and revved to 4000 RPM, worst time ever, tires where spinning, would not go in park, Brakes fully engaged, put in neutral, and not 100% sure that stopped back tire from spinning. Thankfully it just rained so there was a loss of traction. Pushed off button that shut truck down. Drove home, is at dealership now. This is a VERY dangerous situation. Stellantis needs to address it. There were no codes for this or any time it happens. I really don't want to lemon law this truck as it can't be rebuilt now, but not sure it's worth risking my life or the life of others if they cannot find what is causing it. I shouldn't have to buy a dash cam for my tach and feet to prove this! I have seen on Ram
forums this is happened to others as well. Sad & scary all 5 TIMES!

Summary
I have an engine failure at 99k miles. The car is in pristine condition inside out. Oil changes are done every 5k miles. Without any warning, check engine light or any indication from the car's computer, the engine just failed while driving. It sounded like there was something grinding inside the engine. The truck was towed to Honda dealer and they said I need a new engine replacement. They found metal shavings in the engine oil. The invoice indicates "Found more has bad rod knock recommend replace engine assembly"

Summary
am filing a formal complaint regarding my 2023 GMC
Yukon Denali, which experienced a catastrophic engine failure while I was driving on the highway with my family. The sudden failure created a dangerous situation, placing both my family and me at significant risk. As a result of the breakdown, I was forced to pay $260 out of pocket to have the vehicle towed to the dealership. After inspecting the vehicle, the dealership advised me that the engine requires complete replacement. There was no indication that the engine was going to go. Thankfully there was a shoulder on the highway and we were able to pull over. This could have caused an accident could've been fatal.

Summary
Component/System: Aluminum hood panel (front edge seam). The hood is available for inspection upon request. The front edge of the aluminum hood on my 2019 Ford Explorer has developed bubbling, lifting paint, and corrosion originating from inside the folded seam. The defect has progressively worsened over time and continues to spread outward. Safety Risk: The corrosion is occurring at the front hood seam, which is part of the structure that supports the hood latch area. Progressive corrosion in this region may weaken the hood panel over time, potentially affecting hood retention at highway speeds. Paint loss and metal degradation also reduce visibility of the defect until it becomes severe. Reproduction/Confirmation: The problem is visible and reproducible at any time. The bubbling and corrosion are present continuously and worsen with normal vehicle use. Inspection History: The issue has been visually inspected by me. The vehicle has not yet been inspected by the manufacturer, dealer, police, or insurance representatives. Warning Lamps or Messages: No warning lamps or messages appeared. There were no electronic symptoms prior to the failure. The first visible symptom was small paint bubbles along the front hood edge, which appeared approximately when the corrosion began. Assessment: Based on widespread reports for this model year and Ford
’s own Technical Service Bulletins for aluminum panel corrosion, the cause appears to be corrosion originating inside the aluminum hood seam, likely due to manufacturing contamination.

Summary
Multiple times when stopped at a stop light, the vehicle will stall and die. Car requires restarting ignition to run. A mechanic believes it is the fuel injector system (either defective or worn) that is causing these stall issues. This is a safety problem as I was almost hit several times by other cars on the road.

The contact owns a 2020 Ford
Explorer. The contact stated that while driving approximately 85 MPH, there was an abnormal popping and grinding sound coming from underneath the vehicle. The contact pulled over to the side of the road and became aware that the flex pipe with a part of the catalytic converter attached was touching the ground. The vehicle was towed to a dealer, where it was diagnosed and it was determined that the catalytic converter had sheared off in half, and the left side of the catalytic converter needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 85,000. The VIN was not available.

Summary
The fuel pump flange repair was a joke on this car. It should've been replaced not just put a black tar like sealant on it. That was an error on Audi
's part. The sealant didn't keep it from forming a leak in the stress cracks that were being reported. Mine says all recalls have been completed. I just experienced a very bad fuel leak from the fuel filter/pump flange. I investigated the issue myself and found a black tar like sealant on top of the filter. That didn't stop it from cracking and leaking as was being reported in the first place. I have photos and video of how bad of a leak. Audi
should do the right thing and replace every filter that they (sealed). That was not a fix. it was a blind shot at a fix. Audi
should have a lawsuit against them for the repairs and wasted fuel that Audi
customers have endured!
