Explorer. The contact received notification of NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V347000 (Structure). While driving approximately 60 MPH, the driver's side B-pillar trim detached and flew off the vehicle. The vehicle was taken to the residence, inspected, and confirmed that the driver’s side B-pillar trim was missing. The contact stated that the electrical system on the tailgate had stopped working as intended. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic; however, the cause of the failure could not be determined. The vehicle was taken to a dealer, where it was determined that the tailgate would not open because the electrical system was disconnected, and the trim had fallen off. The contact stated that on several occasions while driving at various speeds, the dome light remained illuminated and turned off approximately 4-5 seconds later. Additionally, while the vehicle was in reverse(R) on several occasions, the dome light illuminated, and the contact was unable to see out of the rear window. The vehicle was not repaired because parts for the recall repair was not yet available. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 90,000.

Rear Tail Lights Failed... Brake and Signals work. This was repaired through the dealership. 4 connectors and housing replaced invoice shows part 909890-10942. I am writing to express my concern regarding repeated tail light failures on my black Toyota
Sienna that appear to be caused by wiring connection issues. This defect creates a serious safety hazard for my family, other motorists, and pedestrians, particularly in rural areas where there is little to no street lighting. I live in the country, where many roads are unlit and visibility at night is already limited. Because my vehicle is black, it blends into the darkness when the tail lights fail. Drivers approaching from behind may not realize my vehicle is on the road until it is too late to stop safely, significantly increasing the risk of rear-end collisions. This issue is especially concerning because I frequently transport children in my vehicle. Their safety depends on other drivers being able to clearly see my vehicle at night. A tail light failure caused by a wiring defect could place them at unnecessary risk of serious injury or death if another vehicle is unable to see us in time. The defect also puts other drivers at risk. Motorists traveling at highway speeds on dark rural roads rely on tail lights to judge the presence, distance, and speed of vehicles ahead. Without functioning tail lights, they may have little or no warning that another vehicle is in their lane, particularly around curves, hills, or during poor weather conditions. This appears to be more than a routine bulb replacement issue. If the root cause is an unreliable wiring connection, the lights may work intermittently or fail unexpectedly, making it difficult for owners to recognize the problem before driving. An intermittent electrical failure is especially dangerous because drivers may believe their lights are operating normally when they are not. Started a case with Toyota

I have requested urgent warranty evaluation regarding two Kumho
Solus TA51a tires installed on my Toyota Sienna (Model: Kumho Solus TA51a, Size: 235/60R17 102H, DOT: 1824) Both front tires are exhibiting abnormal tread chunking and visible surface shredding. The tires are relatively new (purchased about 1-1.5 years ago) and have not been heavily used (only riding this car occassionally, about 5000-7000 miles per year). Our 2 rear tires are Kumho
tires of different model, and although older, they are performing fine and do not experience these issues so it seems to be an issue on this particular Solus TA 51a model Kumho
tires. Because this is our family vehicle and we transport our children in it regularly, we are very concerned about the safety of continuing to drive on these tires. I also returned to the tire shop that sold and installed the tires. After inspecting them, the owner advised me to contact Kumho for a warranty evaluation, informing me that he received similar complaints from other customers (especially Toyota Sienna owners) using this tire model. While I no longer have the original purchase receipt, the dealer can verify that the tires were purchased from and installed by his shop. I reached out to Kumho
Tires USA by completing their online contact form 2 wks ago, which informed a response within 48 hours, but I have not received any response. I called and left a voice message in their warranty department, and in their general customer service line earlier this week, but still not response. I even completed another contact form and also reached out by email, but still no response. Then I remembered my mom recently sharing a concern about her tires, and just found out that she had same 'chunking' issues on her tires, which happened to be the same Kumho

At 23000 miles the right rear wheel cracked. I have a 2023 Corvette stingray HTC with the 20" wheels. The option code for this original GM wheel is Q8Q, "20" rear carbon flash painted aluminum wheels with machined edge". This is a common problem and has been reported by many corvette owners on several corvette forums. I do not track my car and have new tires. GM again ignores this safety item. I had the problem on my C7 and again on my C8. I did complete the GM refund paperwork for my C7 cracked rear rims, however, GM never did any refunds or tried to correct this safety issue.

Constant jerking and shuttering when accelerating/shifting gears. Oil consumption done last year as dealership thought it was engine related. Engine replaced. Problem continues. Fuel in MAP sensor. Continued shuttering at acceleration, shuttering at parked idle, shuttering at braking idle, engine stalls at red lights but car stays on. When car is started, exhaust is pushing out gusts of strong fuel smell and sputtering little puffs. Replaced engine, MAP, upper intake gaskets, spark plugs, cleaned throttle body, battery. Wiper pauses mid wipe (in driving view) when in intermittent setting and when turning them off.
