7/17/26 about 8pm my Tesla Model Y backed into a wall under FSD (full self driving). The vehicle was placed into FSD to assist in backing the car from a narrow street into a garage space. Wall on one side and another SUV parked on the driver side. Driver was monitoring the vehicle maneuver forward and backward attempting to clear the wall so it can back into the space. The vehicle appeared to be close to the wall and I anticipated the vehicle to inch forward but instead the car went backwards into the wall and caused damage to my vehicle. The vehicle should have stopped and asked the driver to take over or alarms/chimes. The fsd system failed to recognize that the right rear would not clear the wall and still proceeded to reverse and cause damages

This has been addressed by the dealer once before and the starter was replaced, however the problem is happening again. The auto start/idle feature will not start the car back up while stopped on occasion. For instance, yesterday while stopped at a red light the auto idle/start feature kicked in, as expected. When releasing the brake to drive when the light turned green the car beeped and would not start again. We had to power the whole van down at a busy intersection and restart. Thankfully it started. We didn’t catch what warning lights flashed when the van beeped, but no warning lights were present before the issue. As mentioned, this has happened before to the point the dealership replaced the starter. But unfortunately, it is happening again. The van often has a rough start as well when using it, but not every time.

The speakers will suddenly blast an extremely loud static noise, even when the radio is turned off. The only way to stop it is to pull over and turn the vehicle off. Eventually, the problem became so severe that even after turning the car off and restarting it, the speakers would continue blasting the static noise. The sound is so loud that it makes it difficult to think clearly and creates a serious distraction while driving, posing a significant safety hazard.

This has happened 5 times since purchasing this 2026 Chevy Equinox RS. While driving, all of a sudden, without any notice, the dashboard lights up with warnings about "BRAKES"...Not exactly sure what is said because it doesn't stay on the screen very long. Next it says, STEERING ASSIST IS REDUCED..DRIVE WITH CARE....and a small area under, "Mileage till empty" says....BRAKE...in red, while still being in DRIVE. When pressing on the brakes to slow down to pull over, there ARE NO BRAKES.!!! The brake pedal goes to the floor and Equinox very slowly comes to a stop, so I can pull off the road and stop. Now if I turn off the engine, turn it back on, it seems to reset itself and I start driving again, not knowing when I might die because of the brakes going out again when someone pulls out in front of me. HOW CAN A VEHICLE THAT SPORADICALLY LOSES THE BRAKES, BE ALLOWED TO BE SOLD ON THE MARKET ??? This vehicle now has 13,147 miles on it and had very few when it first happened. We are now at 5 times, not knowing if the 6th time there will be death for my family to deal with. My dealer said they would let us know as soon as they learn about this issue, as they know nothing the 1st time..Several cases have been reported and our dealer failed to notify us about anything...Do I drive the Equinox until someone is killed or do I demand my dealership to furnish me a SAFE Equinox to drive until they fix mine. ? It's obvious that I will eventually be injured or killed in this Chevy Equinox caused by General Motors' incompetence..I am going to demand my dealer to furnish me with an equivalent vehicle.
