Generator Set Fuel Hose May Cause Gas Leak
A gas leak in the presence of an ignition source increases the risk of a fire.

Summary
Pleasure Way Industries, Ltd (Pleasure Way) is recalling certain 2021-2023 On Tour and Lexor motorhomes, equipped with certain Cummins Onan QG 2800i, and Onan QG 2800i EVAP generator sets. The fuel hose between the inline fuel filter and the injection pump module (IPM) may have inadequate clamp force, possibly resulting in a gasoline leak.
Remedy
Dealers will inspect and replace the fuel hose and clamps, as necessary, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed July 28, 2023. Owners may contact Pleasure Way customer service at 1-800-364-0189.

Pleasure-Way Industries Ltd was officially notified by Cummins of recall 23E-030 April 13, 2023.
January 18 – 22, 2023 Cummins had indication that there had been fuel line failures out in the field these where brought to their attention during the Tampa RV Super show. Pleasure-Way had also notified Cummins of generators with fuel leaks January 23 – Feb 10, 2023. Pleasure-Way removed these generators from the vehicles and sent them back to Cummins for analysis. Cummins conducted a review and testing of the product and concluded on March 28, 2023 that a defect existed.
April 6, 2023 Cummins sent a list of QG2800i generator serial numbers that had been supplied to Pleasure-Way. April 13, 2023 the official recall was launched by Cummins.
April 21, 2023 Pleasure-Way provided a list to Cummins of all owners and dealers with the generators under recall.
