Chronology :
Manchester Tank contacted Tiffin on 7/14/22 with a list of sales orders that could possibly contain defective service valves made by RegO. Manchester Tank was notified by RegO that a small number of RegO service valves that Manchester Tank installs on recreational vehicle LP tanks have some short threads in the POL outlets. The short threads do not allow the POL connector to fully seat. This may result in a leak at the connection. The included safety bulletin from RegO outlined the issue and details how to check for the issue and how to remedy the issue.
