This program offer will provide the Hino dealer body with access to a variety of Castrol and BP branded lubricants geared towards
maintaining and servicing medium & heavy duty vehicles. The offer is also comprised of innovative programs and services designed to
increase your overall dealer profitability. Hino Trucks is dedicated to establishing relationships with key industry partners, and we
believe that BP/Castrol presents a huge advantage and opportunity for our dealer body. BP Castrol is dedicated to producing premium
lubricants, ranging from conventional oils to synthetic products, that will allow our dealers to meet or exceed industry maintenance
standards and help provide our customers with the lowest cost of operation.

Order Procedures:

Packaged Products: All product prices and part numbers are maintained in the Hino Dealer Connect System (DCS). All standard (nonbulk) items can be ordered through DCS. Bulk oil orders can be made by dialing 1-800-CASTROL and there is no need to place an
order through DCS.

Stock Orders Enter orders in DCS Screen DC202 under Sales Type “S”. All direct ship items will be shipped from a local Vendor PDC.
An emergency delivery fee will apply for a requested same day, next day, evening, weekend, or holiday delivery. The EDF is $50.00 per
Emergency Orders hour, with a minimum time of 2 hours. Therefore, the minimum EDF is $100.00 per requested emergency delivery. All charges for
emergency orders will be added to the invoice.
All products will ship free freight to the dealership (excluding 709732 & 709732-B72 AUTRAN SYN 295 (1 GAL) AND 03521
Freight Policy:
TRANSMAX IMPORT MV CASE(3X1GL) which ship from QFP. See QFP QR Guide for freight parameters). See DCS for Minimum
Order Quantities (MOQ).
Bulk Oil: MOQ is defined as 150 gallons of one product grade, 75 gallons minimum per each additional bulk grade. Bulk deliveries less
Minimum Order than 150 gallons will be charged a Small Order Premium (SOP) as outlined below. Packaged Goods: MOQ is 55 gallons (includes
Quantity: drums, pails, gallons, 55 gallon drum of Autran, etc.). Combined: Minimum combined bulk and packaged order is 150 gallons per bulk
grade plus any additional packaged goods.
A Small Order Premium will be applied to all delivery site orders that do not meet the MOQ guidelines. The following fees will apply: A
Small Order Premium
$50 Small Order Premium will be charged when a delivery site: 1) Orders less than 150 gallons of any one bulk product, or 2) Orders
(SOP):
less than 55 gallons of packaged products (including drums), except in conjunction with a bulk order of 150 gallons or more.

Keep it Full Programs:

MOQ’s and SOP’s do not apply to “keep-full” programs. Please contact your Hino Trucks DPM or your BP Castrol HD specialist to learn
more about our “keep full” options.

Lead Time Policy:

Five days for bulk deliveries and seven days for packaged goods.

Part Number Pricing:

Pricing will be available on-line in the Hino DCS system. In addition, the prices will be forwarded to your service bureaus within two
weeks of each pricing update.

Part Number Format:

Standard Part numbers are directly carried over; no prefix or suffix.

Mega Fleet:

All-Makes parts are not included in the Hino Mega Fleet pricing file but should be sold to Mega Fleet customers and filed as
Miscellaneous Items in Corcentric when submitting for reimbursement.

Warranty:

Please always view Suppliers warranty documents as warranty varies based on items/products/vehicle applications, etc... Contact
vendor directly for a RGA approval number. Warranty covers manufacturers defects only and does not cover damage (installation or
progressive). If the vendor provides a RGA number, contact Hino Trucks warranty department. Warranty claims are to be sent back
through Hino Trucks corporate.

Part Returns:

Contact vendor directly to obtain a Return Goods Authorization code by phone number or email address listed above. All returned items
MUST have prior approval and the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) marked on the outside of the box.

Shipping Inspection &
Damaged Product:

All merchandise should be inspected upon arrival and carrier damage claims should be filed with the carrier immediately. We are not
responsible for, nor are we in a position to make a claim after the freight carrier accepts the shipment from us. For excess stock returns,
contact the Vendor directly.
