1) How long is the trailer load discount available?
a. Expires November 30th, 2016
2) What is the trailer load discount off Hino DNP through November 30th, 2016?
a. 15% off ALL Webb Branded Parts
b. 66864B20 & the 66864F20
i. 15% off DNP on Trailer loads
c. Value Brand Drum (H1VD & H1VF)
i. H1VD-B420 (full trailer load part #) is
already discounted, contact your Hino DPM for special price.

scenarios.
3) Is freight free on a trailer load?
a. Yes - Including the value line.
4) Mix & Match allowed?
a. Yes, dealers may mix and match all orders of all Webb value and
branded products to achieve the trailer load discount.
5) Is a CPA necessary (contact your Hino DPM)?
a. Yes, mixing & matching to a full trailer load requires a Competitive
Pricing Adjustment (CPA) to be entered by the Hino DPM. Must
purchase in full trailer load quantity when a CPA is loaded otherwise
full DNP will be charged, no exceptions/credits.
6) Quantity to order?
a. Trailer load quantities of Webb product varies by state (reference the
freight rate sheet to view the quantities). Minimum is 380 pieces of
Webb product (mix and match) & 420 for the Value drum.
7) Can Hino dealers split a trailer load of brake drums?
a. Split loads within dealer groups will include a $25 drop fee per order
in USA. Split shipment orders must be pre-approved and meet a 60
piece minimum, contact your Hino DPM for approval. Must be shipped
to dealer location(s). DPM must coordinate with Hino PDC to ensure
PDC & Webb know what quantities go to each location by part
number.
8) Trailer load discount & multiple drops apply only to orders from common
ownership companies.

Standard Webb Wheel Order Details
1. 60 drums or 5,000 lbs. mix and match of Webb & Value qualify for prepaid freight.
2. Continental United States – Any order of 60 drums or 5,000 lbs or more in the continental
U.S. will be shipped prepaid freight via a Webb Wheel chosen carrier. Anything less than 60
drums or 5,000 lbs in the continental U.S. will be shipped freight collect to the delivery
address or third party billed to the bill-to address. Orders for less than 60 drums or 5,000 lbs
will not be held or combined with other orders to meet the prepaid freight requirements.
These orders will be shipped F.O.B. origin by an L/TL carrier, freight collect. The customer
must specify their choice of carrier; Webb Wheel Products will not assign a carrier.

All orders are to be placed through the Hino Dealer Connect System (DCS). All Webb products will be as direct shipped to Hino Dealers.

Stock Orders Enter orders in DCS Screen DC202 under Sales Type “S”. All direct ship items will be shipped from a local Vendor PDC.
Emergency orders may be entered into DCS screen DC202 as a Sales Type “E” or "V". All emergency orders will be processed with a
“rush” order same day handling fee $100.00, and will also be assessed a 14% freight charge as all other emergency orders.

Minimum Order There is no minimum order requirement on emergency or stock orders (excluding value drum parts); however typically a minimum order
Quantity quantity of Webb Wheel parts qualifies a stock order for prepaid freight (see policies below).
The Value Drum part number H1VD has a minimum order quantity of 100 drums and must be ordered in increments of 20 (Truckload
quantity is 420 drums). Value drum can also be added to a Webb branded product order in increments of 20. See additional freight

policies on the following pages for this product. (1) Customer pickup FOB Webb shipping points: Call Webb to arrange the your pick up at
MOQ

Trailer Load Discount:

Continental United States – Any order of 60 drums or 5,000 lbs or more in the continental U.S. will be shipped FOB Origin, Freight
Prepaid by Webb for Webb Product (value drums freight will vary monthly and often are prepaid and added to the invoice, see next
pages for the full freight details). Anything less than 60 drums or 5,000 lbs in the continental U.S. will be shipped freight collect to the
delivery address. Orders for less than 60 drums or 5,000 lbs will not be held or combined with other orders to meet the prepaid freight
requirements. These orders will be shipped F.O.B. origin by an LTL/TL carrier, freight collect. Webb Wheel Brake Rotor shipments the
prepaid MOQ is 60 Rotors Mix and Match. If mixing brake rotors and drums the Brake Drum MOQ of 5000lbs or 60 drums is still the MOQ
for prepaid freight of the shipment. Non-Continental United States (AK, HI, PR) – Contact Webb or your Hino DPM.
As of 12.17.14 Hino dealers can order both Webb Wheel & Webb Severe Duty (Transit) products through Webb Wheel at a new
competitive price! Check DCS today!
All Webb Wheel Product: 5% off on trailerload orders is typically offered usually including the value line part numbers (excludes Trailer
Load part number (H1VD-B420 - already discounted)). Review the following freight documents to ensure its live for this month. Contact
your Hino DPM to have a CPA entered prior to making a purchase. Free freight for Webb branded product. May continue to mix and
match all orders of all Webb value and branded products to achieve the truckload discount.

All drop shipments must be within a 250 mile radius of the 1st drop location. All drops must be approved in advance by the Hino DPM &
Webb Wheel. Please contact your Hino DPM for a multiple drop approval from Webb. Drops in skid load quantities only. Each drop
Multiple Drops with location must take 3+ skids. Each drop gets a $25 fee added on the invoice. Webb requires a separate PO for each drop so the Hino
Trailer Load Orders: DPM will place the orders for the dealer(s). Dealer provides PO #, Part Numbers, Quantities (in Skid / TL amounts). FAQ: Does the
Trailerload (TL) discount apply? Yes, if the discount is live for the month from Webb, then the TL discount applies. Does each dealer have
to take the same number of skids? No, must total a trailer load (22 skids).

The standard lead time is two weeks.
Pricing will be available on-line in the Hino DCS system. In addition, the prices will be forwarded to your service bureaus within two weeks
of each pricing update.
Standard Part numbers are directly carried over; no prefix or suffix. The Hino Trucks part number for the V1B value drum is H1VD. (1)
Pricing for this part number can vary month to month without notice. Your Dealer Business System Price may not always reference the
latest pricing. The stated price in DCS at the time of order should always be referenced.

Mega Fleet:

All-Makes parts are not included in the Hino Mega Fleet pricing file but should be sold to Mega Fleet customers and filed as
Miscellaneous Items in Corcentric when submitting for reimbursement.

Warranty:

Please always view Suppliers warranty documents as warranty varies based on items/products/vehicle applications, etc... North American
Warranty Support – Standard Hino aftermarket parts warranty. (1) One-year unlimited miles parts and labor (labor paid at SRT when
installed at an authorized Hino Trucks dealer location). In the event of a failure within the warranty period of a Webb Wheel Part, follow
the steps below to receive your warranty credit and reduce the chances of having the warranty claim denied by Webb. Contact Webb at
888-857-9677. If the unit is within the warranty period, or you perceive there is a warranty reimbursement due on the unit, Webb should be
called prior to working on the warrantable unit.
