A hydraulic shop press with a minimum forcing capacity of 5 tons

DISASSEMBLY
1. Remove all urethane bushings and internal metal sleeves.
2. Clean the inner diameter of the lift beam bushing holes.

ASSEMBLY
NOTE

DO NOT lubricate the outer diameter of urethane bushing.
1. Lubricate the inner diameter of the urethane bushing.
2. Lubricate the outer diameter of the metal sleeve (included in service kit).
3. Press in the urethane bushings.
4. Press in the internal metal sleeves.
5. Once completed, ensure that the inner metal sleeves are flush with the urethane bushing.
