Incorrect Tire Size Information/FMVSS 120
Incorrect tire information could result in the wrong tires being installed on the vehicle, increasing the risk of a crash.

Summary
Heartland Recreational Vehicles, LLC (Heartland) is recalling certain 2024 Corterra fifth wheels. The certification labels may have missing or incorrect tire size information. As such, these vehicles fail to comply with the requirements of Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard number 120, “Wheels and Rims-Other Than Passenger Cars.”
Remedy
Heartland will send out replacement certification labels, free of charge. Owner notification letters are expected to be mailed March 15, 2024. Owners may contact Heartland customer service at 1-877-262-8032.

Description of Remedy Program : The manufacturer will send out replacement certification labels. This will
be corrected at no expense to the owner. All reimbursements will be covered by Heartland’s general reimbursement plan. How Remedy Component Differs from Recalled Component : The correct tire size listed will be corrected on the new tire placard. Identify How/When Recall Condition was Corrected in Production : We corrected the tire sizing in the system so the VIN tags and tire placard will print properly.
