Remove the cargo liner off and remove the bracket. Remove bedding and mattress from the bed being worked on. Open the rear garage compartment door and locate the double holes in the underside of the bed frame. Replace the bed stay with the correct version, with the notch to the bottom and the teeth pointing up. Adhere the cargo liner over the bottom bracket with the contact adhesive. Use the metal putty knife to remove the Velcro coins covering the machine screw heads on the side being repaired. Using a #2 Robertson (Square) driver bit remove the two screws from the bed stay bracket.
