Customer states:
The auxiliary air conditioner permanently cannot be started via the myAudi app.

All other functions available via the myAudi app are working.

Workshop findings:

The workshop can reproduce the complaint and the event memory entry “B1453F3: A/C compressor overload
protection active” (passive or active) is logged in the diagnostic log under the address 00C5 — Thermal
management.

This TSB replaces Pending Service Solution (PSS) TSB 2078766, 97 PSS myAudi app: auxiliary air conditioner
does not start - A/C compressor overload protection.

Please check whether TSB 2079690, 00 Combined software update 03.10.00/C (28.13.01) KD2 is visible for this
vehicle. If this is the case, please perform the software update described in TSB 2079690.

Manual. Claims are subject to review or audit by Audi Warranty.

When performing the combined software update, time stamps are not required for billing under warranty. You are
therefore permitted to work on other vehicles at the same time. The combined software update can also be
performed by non-productive personnel.
