This bulletin provides information regarding replacement Battery System Assemblies (BSA) for 2025MY EV9
(MV1a) vehicles produced from May 17, 2024, through December 20, 2024. As production of the 2025 model
year EV9 (MV1a) has concluded, the EV9 (MV1) BSA will now be supplied as an after-sales (A/S) part for 2025MY
EV9 (MV1a) vehicles. To ensure correct application, refer to the information outlined in this Technical Service
Bulletin (TSB). Also refer to Pitstop PS783: EV9 High Voltage Battery

The ‘Front Under Cover Assy’ is a similar
design on both MV1 and MV1a. However the
fixing nuts on the front under cover were
changed to fixing bolts.

then replace both the BSA and the GND
cable using the newly supplied components,
by referring to Battery Control System → High
Voltage Battery System → Battery System
Assembly (BSA) → Removal and Installation in
KGIS.

presence of pop-nuts does not necessarily indicate that a ground (GND) cable should be installed.
