Model Z-Air Technical Service Bulletin TSB-2402: A Frame Reinforcement
A ected Vehicle Identification Numbers (Z-Air 310): 000417-000419, 000600, 000602000604
If you receive this correspondence, your VIN is contained within the list of a ected
units.

Dear Steven,
It has come to our attention that on certain Model Z-Air Travel Trailers, the draw bars on the A-frames were
built with under-sized steel members. The frame structure is constructed appropriately for expected usage
but has minimal Safety Factor above the vehicles’ rated GVWR. Under certain dynamic loading conditions,
the steel beams in the A-frame could yield. Over time, significant loading events could compromise a unit’s
structural integrity if unaddressed.
We are instituting a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB-2402) for all Model Z-Air units with VIN#’s as referenced
above.
As a proactive measure, Brinkley RV (in partnership with the supplier, Lippert) will, at no charge to the
customer, install additional supports in the A-frame structure to provide an increased structural safety factor
for the a ected units. Lippert will perform the repairs at any dealership that is authorized with Brinkley at the
customer’s earliest convenience.
All Dealers are being notified of this Bulletin and work instructions have been provided. Brinkley RV will pay
for the Bulletin to be completed. There is no charge to you for the remedy.
Please know that Brinkley Customer Care is here to help facilitate this remedy. As campers, we understand
the importance of utilizing your unit during the peak of the camping season. We apologize for any frustration

BRV has issued a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB-2402) to reinforce A-frames on certain Model Z-Air
Travel Trailers, the draw bars on the A-frames were built with under-sized steel members.
