surfaces must be free from dust, dirt and grease of any kind.
11.13 Assembly of deactivation kit on right side of vehicle
11.13.1 Remove protective film of the adhesive pads on the resistors 38 -1- and adhere
resistors 38 -1- as far back and outwards as possible on the longitudinal
member.
Bond resistors to the body without contacting it. (Heat-sink fins must not contact
the metal body structure, to avoid rattle noises)
Insert cooling fins on the resistors into each other, and the electrical lines must
point toward the front of the vehicle.
