Purpose
This document outlines removal and replacement procedures and part numbers for Furrion A/C controller
units, as well as a diagram or replaceable parts for these units.
Safety
This document provides general instructions. Many variables can change the circumstances of any procedure,
ie. the degree of difficulty involved in the service operation and the ability level of the individual performing the
operation. This document cannot begin to plot out procedures for every possibility, but will provide the general
instructions for effectively installing, removing or servicing the system. In the event the skill level required is
too advanced or the procedure too difficult, a certified technician should be consulted before performing the
necessary operation. Failure to correctly install, remove or service the system may result in voiding the warranty,
inflicting injury or even death.

Controller and Duct Divider Removal
1. Disconnect all power sources (AC and DC) from the unit.
2. Locate the air conditioner inside the unit (Fig. 1).

3. Remove the intake grill cover and uninstall the roof mount trim kit (Fig. 2 and 3).

This section details a list of replaceable components for control units across all listed models of
Furrion A/Cs.
NOTE: Actual control circuitry, logic boards, and casing for these components are specific to their
individual application and unit. For replacement information for these components, refer to the
manual for the product in question. The parts listed in this section are generic replacements that are
universal to models listed earlier in this TI sheet.
