1) Raise a technical DISS query ensuring a current ODIS log is attached

The operative should wait for a response via DISS before conducting any further work

NOTE TO PRODUCT SUPPORT: Second level the DISS query to the Electrical Senior Engineer requesting permission to
replace the switch pack, once permission has been given please instruct the retailer to replace the switch pack as detailed in
step 2
2) Refer to Rep.Gr 68 - Replace the centre console switch pack EX23 (Figure 1)
