Minimum Order Quantity

Freight Policy:

All orders are to be placed through the Hino Dealer Connect System (DCS). For special orders or for customer support contact
Vendor directly via phone number.
Enter orders in DCS DC202 under Sales Type “S”. Direct ship (DS) items will be shipped from a local Vendor PDC.
Emergency orders (EM) may be entered into DCS screen DC202 as a Sales Type “E” or "V". All emergency orders will be
processed with a “rush” order. Freight and Handling fees will be identified on the Hino invoice. **The emergency shipper is not
intended as a way to move large volumes of material, but rather small quantities urgently needed to alleviate an immediate problem,
i.e., truck down. The freight charges on emergency shipments are always collect and an Emergency Order fee of $20.00 USD per
order will be applied to Priority 1 orders.
**A Minimum Order handling fee of $50.00 USD per order will be applied to all orders less than $100 USD (excluding cores). The
Minimum Order fee will not be applied to orders which include Emergency Order fees.
Minimum order quantity of $1,800.00 (on the invoice / excluding cores) to meet prepaid freight. Smaller orders would ship freight prepaid and added to the invoice. Bendix (BCVS) will have the option to select the carriers for shipments to the distributor when the
freight is being prepaid by them. BCVS will pick the routing which is most economical and desirable and will provide a combination
of the lowest rate with delivery in the shortest possible time.

Free Freight Policy:

$1,800.00+ orders (excluding cores) achieves Free Freight to the Dealership.

Order Fulfillment Policy:

The standard order processing time is 8 business days from date of order placement.

Part Number Pricing:

Pricing will be available on-line in the Hino DCS system. In addition, the prices will be forwarded to your service bureaus within two
weeks of each pricing update.

Part Number Format:

Standard Part numbers are directly carried over with a prefix of "BX-" with no "-" in the part numbers.

Mega Fleet:

All-Makes parts are not included in the Hino Mega Fleet pricing file but should be sold to Mega Fleet customers and filed as
Miscellaneous Items in Corcentric when submitting for reimbursement.

Warranty:

Please view Vendor warranty documents as warranty varies based on item. Contact vendor directly or go to www.bendix.com
(search in the "document library" under "warranty").

Returns:

Bendix Return Policy: Contact vendor directly to obtain a Return Goods Authorization code by phone number or email address listed
above. All returned items MUST have prior approval and the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) marked on the outside of the box.
RGAs have an expiration date of thirty (30) days; after thirty (30) days the return will become null and void. The service plants will
reply to the distributor’s request for return authorization within 30 days of receiving request and a return authorization purchase
order will be sent to the distributor at that time. All material will be shipped to and processed at your service plant. Shipments must
be prepaid (FOB service plant) and must arrive within two months of authorization date. A copy of the return authorization purchase
order must accompany the return material shipment as a packing list. All returns are subject to a 25% or greater restocking fee.
Supplier will not authorize any returns that are not properly packaged or in the original packaging. Returns will only be considered
for parts that are on the active price list. No credit will be issued for product that has been damaged, altered, or installed on
equipment (all product returned must be in good, saleable condition, including complete packets). The customer is responsible for
all freight charges on the returned merchandise. Special order items or non stock items are not returnable. *Max $ amount that can
be returned is not to exceed 3% of the prior year's purchases.

Shipping Inspection and
Damaged Product:

All merchandise should be inspected upon arrival and carrier damage claims should be filed with the carrier immediately. We are
not responsible for, nor are we in a position to make a claim after the freight carrier accepts the shipment from us. For excess stock
returns, contact the supplier directly.

the type of part, and the type of vehicle the part fits.

The digits and letters in this “smart” part number for hard parts represent:

• Service new semi-loaded calipers are identified through the addition of a “.2” (dot two) at the end of the

For Product Group 147 (loaded remanufactured calipers):
