All orders are to be placed through the Hino Dealer Connect System (DCS). For special orders or for customer support contact
Supplier directly via phone number.
Enter orders in DCS Screen DC202 under Sales Type “S”. All direct ship (DS Orders) items will be shipped from a local Supplier
PDC.

Part Number 1: H2VD which may be mixed and matched with part numbers on the Gunite Brake Drum Express Program
(formerly known as the "Rockford Express Program"). 384 pieces (16 pieces per skid) must be ordered to make a full trailer load.
Part Number 2: H2VD-B384 which is a full H2VD trailer load (384 pieces total).
Freight free to the Dealership, orders must be in trailer load quantities.
Can mix and match pallets of Gunite part numbers: 3922X, 3600A®, 3600A®X, 3800®X, 3721A®X, 3687X, 3710X, 3782X,
3807A, 3807AX, 3757, 3757X, 4000X.
Order Fulfillment Policy:
The standard order processing time is 7-15 business days from date of order placement.
Part Number Pricing:
Pricing will be available on-line in the Hino DCS system. In addition, the prices will be forwarded to your service bureaus within
two weeks of each pricing update.

Warranty:
Contact Hino Trucks to start a warranty claim. Dealers may be required to send images of the failed part, date code and part
number for warranty review. Part may be subject to return analysis warranty pending review. Dealer is responsible for freight until
warranty is approved. If denied, dealer is responsible for freight charges incurred.
Returns:
Contact Hino Trucks directly to obtain a Return Goods Authorization code (if the return is accepted by Hino) by phone number or
email address listed above. All returned items MUST have prior approval and the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) marked on
the outside of the box. RGAs have an expiration date of sixty (60) days; after sixty (60) days the return will become null and void.
All returns are subject to a 25% or greater restocking fee, freight covered by dealership. Will not authorize any returns that are
not properly packaged or in the original packaging. No credit will be issued for product that has been damaged, altered, or
installed on equipment. The customer is responsible for all freight charges on the returned merchandise. Special order items or
non stock items are not returnable.

All merchandise should be inspected upon arrival and carrier
damage claims should be filed with the carrier immediately. We
are not responsible for, nor are we in a position to make a claim after the freight carrier accepts the shipment from us.
H2VD is not eligible for a trailer load discount but may be ordered with other parts in the Gunite Brake Drum Express
(Rockford Express Program):

Multiple Drops Program:
• Multiple drops for trailer load orders - $85 for each drop after first stop, limit of three drops. All drop shipments must be within a
200 mile radius. However, all drops must be approved in advance. Please reference Accuride literature number ACW 8.0035 for
more details.
