All orders are to be placed through the Hino Dealer Connect System (DCS). For special orders or for customer support contact
Supplier directly via phone number.
Enter orders in DCS Screen DC202 under Sales Type “S”. All direct ship (DS Orders) items will be shipped from a local Supplier
PDC.
May be entered into DCS screen DC202 as a Sales Type “E” or "V". Orders will be processed with a “rush” order. Freight and
Handling fees will be identified on the Hino invoice. A customer service rep. will acknowledge the order, and subject to the
availability of inventory, Accuride will ship the order the same day. Orders received after 11:00 A.M. CST will be shipped the
following business day. All orders placed will receive an expedited shipping charge of $100.00 invoice, which will appear as a
separate line item charge. Orders must be limited to no more than six (6) pieces, except for service hardware. An additional charge
of $80 will be assessed if the ship to location is different than Accuride customer ship to location.
MOQ's vary based on part number, see part number in DCS.

Freight / Free Freight Policy:

Orders over $9400 will ship free freight (covered by Accuride / Gunite) to the dealership. NOTE: Slack Adjusters qtys do not apply
towards the $9400 as they are stocked at the Hino PDC.
Freight is pre-paid and added to the invoice on any order under $9400.
Can mix and match pallets of wheels and drums to qualify the order for prepaid freight.

Slack Adjuster Policy:

Slack adjusters are stocked at the Hino PDC. NO minimum order quantities and free freight applies. NOTE: Slack Adjuster
quantites do not apply towards the $8250 for free freight on mix & match of drums & wheels.

Order Fulfillment Policy:

The standard order processing time is 5-7 business days from date of order placement.

Part Number Pricing:

Pricing will be available on-line in the Hino DCS system. In addition, the prices will be forwarded to your service bureaus within two
weeks of each pricing update.

Part # Format:

Standard Part numbers are directly carried over with a prefix of "GN-".

Mega Fleet:

All-Makes parts are not included in the Hino Mega Fleet pricing file but should be sold to Mega Fleet customers and filed as
Miscellaneous Items in Corcentric when submitting for reimbursement.

Warranty:

Please view Supplier warranty documents as warranty varies based on item. Contact Supplier directly.

Returns:

Contact Supplier directly to obtain a Return Goods Authorization code by phone number or email address listed above. All returned
items MUST have prior approval and the Return Goods Authorization (RGA) marked on the outside of the box. RGAs have an
expiration date of sixty (60) days; after sixty (60) days the return will become null and void. All returns are subject to a 25% or
greater restocking fee. Will not authorize any returns that are not properly packaged or in the original packaging. No credit will be
issued for product that has been damaged, altered, or installed on equipment. The customer is responsible for all freight charges
on the returned merchandise. Special order items or non stock items are not returnable.

Shipping Inspection and
Damaged Product:

All merchandise should be inspected upon arrival and carrier damage claims should be filed with the carrier immediately. We are
not responsible for, nor are we in a position to make a claim after the freight carrier accepts the shipment from us. For excess stock
returns, contact the Supplier directly.

Trailer Load Discount
Programs!

Trailer Load (TL) Discount Programs - Quantities may vary depending on trailer weight maximum.
IMPORTANT: Truck load orders must be in multiples of trailer load quantities. Ex: For 3922X straight loads, orders must be for 400
or 800, or 1,200 etc. Only the TL quantity will receive a TL discount.

Gunite® Brake Drums, Hubs, Rotors, and Spoke Wheels
384 pieces prepaid freight and 3% discount
Multiple Drops Program for trailerload orders – The first drop is free, and then $35 for each subsequent drop, limit of three
drops. All drop shipments must be within a 200 mile radius. However, all drops must be approved in advance. Please reference
Accuride literature number ACW 8.0035 for more details.
