The Hino Parts Team is proud to announce the availability of the Dana Spicer Value Line (SVL™) to all
Hino Dealers. Hino has offered the complete selection of Dana Spicer All-Makes products through our
PDC since early 2012. The SVL™ line up is intended to help you be more competitive on key price
sensitive items while still maintaining Dana Spicer’s high quality designed and manufactured products.
SVL™ brand products are the smart choice for older (post warranty) vehicles, and those used
seasonally or in lower mileage and light or medium duty applications. When Spicer genuine original
equipment performance specifications are either not required or exceed your budget constraints, SVL
products keep your vehicle rolling while protecting your bottom line. In addition, the SVL product line
fulfills the aftermarket’s need for reliable performance, and is fully validated by Dana’s experienced
engineering team.

Packaging:
SVL™ brand products will be boxed in SVL
packaging that references the Dana Spicer
relationship to ensure the products are cross
branded with the recognizable Spicer name plate.
Availability:
SVL™ brand products will be shipped to dealers from the Hino Product Distribution Center in
Southaven, MS. The SVL platform will initially be on a maximum of a 7-10 day lead time. All products
will be shipped in the same fashion as traditional Hino parts shipped from our PDC. Orders can be
combined with other Hino part orders, no freight charges and absolutely no minimum order
requirements or fees.
Supplier Literature:
Included with this communication are the SVL product sell sheets, product cross references and the
SVL product line warranty parchment. Additional literature can be acquired through the SVL website at
www.svlparts.com. In addition, Hino Trucks will be sending your dealership hardcopies of this literature
for use with your outside parts sales team and your counter personnel. Please always view Suppliers
warranty documents from their web site for the most up to date information as warranty may vary
based on part, product lines, vehicle applications, etc...

Order Procedures:

All orders are to be placed through the Hino Dealer Connect System (DCS). For special orders or for customer support contact
Vendor directly via phone number.

Enter orders in DCS Screen DC202 under Sales Type “S”. All direct ship items will be shipped from a local Vendor PDC.
Emergency orders may be entered into DCS screen DC202 as a Sales Type “E” or "V". All emergency orders will be processed with
a “rush” order. Freight and Handling fees will be identified on the Hino invoice. Emergency orders get a 5% handling fee added to the
invoice.
Orders can be combined with other Hino part orders, no freight charges and absolutely no minimum order requirements or fees.

Freight Policy:

Shipments within the Continental United States are Free Freight for all orders. All orders are shipped from Southaven, MS unless
otherwise specified. All orders will be shipped via the most efficient method.

Free Freight Policy:

All stock orders will include prepaid freight regardless of order size, no minimum order quantity.

Order Fulfillment
Policy:

The standard order processing time is 1-10 business days from date of order placement.

Part Number Pricing:

Pricing will be available on-line in the Hino DCS system. In addition, the prices will be forwarded to your service bureaus within two
weeks of each pricing update.

Format:

Standard part numbers are directly carried over; no prefix or suffix.

Mega Fleet:

All-Makes parts are not included in the Hino Mega Fleet pricing file but should be sold to Mega Fleet customers and filed as
Miscellaneous Items in Corcentric when submitting for reimbursement.

Warranty:

Dana Holding Corporation warrants that SVL products sold hereunder will be free from defects in material and workmanship,
conform to Dana’s drawings and specifications, and be fit for those applications approved in writing by Dana’s Engineering
Department. Dana will warrant its products for six months or 50,000 miles (limited to the current owner). This warranty does not
apply to products or components that have been modified or altered; damaged by the environment or road conditions; collision, fire
or other casualty; improperly or inadequately installed or maintained; or subjected to shock loading or driver abuse. Dana makes no
other representation or warranty with respect to the products, whether express or implied, as to merchantability, fitness for any
particular purpose, or otherwise. Dana’s sole obligation hereunder is limited to repair or replacement of any defective product. Dana
will not be liable for any incidental, consequential, special or other damages hereunder, including, but not limited to, expenses
related to labor, towing, diagnostic costs, and loss of use of the vehicle. No warranty claim will be allowed until Dana has had 90
days to examine the allegedly defective product. Required parts must be returned freight prepaid to Dana following Dana’s shipping
instructions. Dana will be the final authority in the event cause of defect, cannot be mutually agreed upon. Visit
