COVID-19 Update - Please read
On Tuesday, March 17, there was a bulletin that was sent out with a message
from REV Ambulance Group President Anoop Prakash in regard to COVID-19.

In order to lessen the potential impact of COVID-19 and the spread within our
community, we now have as many of our staff as possible working from home.
Please utilizes email to communicate with our staff since most will not have
access to their desk phone.
In order to ensure that our dealers and repair facilities are being covered and
responded to in a timely manner we are asking that you review which method
of communication should be used for each of your contacts with Horton
whether it be for Service, TAC, Warranty, or Parts. Please do not use personal
email addresses to contact anyone at Horton aftersales/aftermarket, instead
use the group email addresses listed below.

OEM Chassis Production Update
GM, Ford, and FCA
(Fiat Chrysler Automobiles) have ceased production at
plants across North America from now through at least Monday, March 30,
2020 due to the Covid-19 virus. As of now, both International and Freightliner
are still running production.
Stock Units Sold (Unit #19292 & #19403)
Stock unit #19292 & #19403 were sold late on Friday. They will be removed
from our Horton available inventory list.
We will be adding additional stock units into production soon. Once I have unit
numbers and estimated time of completion, I will add it to our Demo/Stock
inventory list.
Leader's Horton Demo Available
Leader has an Horton demo available for immediate sale. It is unit #18956. This
is a 2019 Ford F550 4x4 169"WB with a diesel engine. It is OEM red and has

FDIC Show - Indianapolis, IN - POSTPONED
This year's FDIC show has been postponed. Not much information available
right now. As more information becomes available, we will share it. (Last week
for this notification.)
Ambulance Decontamination Information
Recently, we sent out a bulletin with the Guidance from CDC specific to EMS
and other First Responders. Please click here to review the document. In the
next day or so, you will be receiving additional information on units and options
to help with decontamination.
i4G Demo/Customer Programming Charge Change
As most of you know, several years ago, we stopped charging to change the
i4G programming in our delivery bay to help with the "Horton Delivery
Experience". To help grow the "Horton Delivery Experience", we have decided
there will no longer be a charge in changing i4G programming on your demo
unit(s) once you have sold them to a customer. This will be a one-time offer
and the request must be submitted to us within 30 days of sell and will only be
allowed once all warranty documents have been submitted to us. After you sell
your demo, you can reach out to our Parts Department with the i4G
programming change request (please note "Horton Delivery Experience" on
the request) and they will work with you to get it completed. We have
committed to the Horton Delivery Experience by having a dedicated engineer to
do i4G programming changes after the unit has left our delivery bay. This
dedicated engineer is located in the Southwest building.
In regards to customer units who are requesting changes after the unit is
delivered to them and in service, we will offer a one-time change to their unit
with a max charge of $500.00 for all programming changes they are
requesting. This request must be submitted to us within 30 days after the unit
has been delivered to the customer (please note "Horton Delivery Experience"
on the request). Again, this is a one-time offer and for this to apply, all the
warranty documents must be submitted to us. This should be a minimum
amount of changes because if we hall all done this correctly, the units should
be built correctly the first time. Please note, if a customer wants a 2nd change,
it will go through our normal process at the normal reprogramming rate.

This is on new units being delivered only. Remounts are excluded from this
offer.
COVID-19 Coronavirus Outbreak
We have been actively assessing the impact COVID-19 Coronavirus may have
on acquiring some of the components our vendors receive from China or
across Asia. Through discussion with one of our vendors, we have identified
that our USB ports use a component that is manufactured in China and the
vendor is having a difficult time finding a replacement component. We have a
limited number of USB ports on hand and unsure if/when our current vendor will
be able to supply more stock. We are in the process of identifying
temporary replacement parts through alternate vendors that may be used
should our vendor no longer be able to supply these components. We expect
there will be other components identified as we go through parts analysis
process. We will quickly address each potential parts issue as they occur so as
to minimize or completely circumvent any delay in ambulance delivery. (Last
week for this notification.)
Reduced Price on Demo Units

Freightliner First Openings Update
Freightliner has informed us there is a strong possibility that the first opening
may move out 30+ days due to plant scheduling adjustments. By the end of this
week, first openings could be in late May. (Last week for this notification.)

2019 Ford F-Series Stock Chassis Inventory Update
We are almost out of 2019 Ford F550 in-stock chassis. The remaining few
chassis will not last long. Please consider getting your order in soon if you plan
to use one of the remaining in-stock 2019 Ford F550 chassis. (Last week for
this notification.)

Current production schedule: the next available production slot has a
completion date during the week of 11/9/20. Our current lead time is 210 to 235
days.
Transactional Pipeline Report
Change in request - Please submit your Transactional Pipeline Report to both
Amy Durst ([email protected]) and myself by close of
business each Wednesday; however, only if there have been changes made to
the form since the last time you submitted it. For example if the there have
been changes to the decision date or if you won/lost the business.
