Vehicles must be sold and reported during the same monthly sales period. It is not a requirement to trade-in their current Audi vehicle.
Household members of these qualifying vehicle owner/lessees are also eligible if new vehicle is reported, titled and registered in same
household.
For Business Customers, vehicle(s) must be sold, delivered and registered in the name of the business entity and must be properly reported
during the aforementioned program period to be a bona fide customer who may be a buyer or lessee.
Only one incentive will be paid per eligible VIN
This can be combined with Contract Employee Purchase Program (CEPP), Dealer Employee Purchase Program (DEPP), VIP, Diplomat Sales
Program (DSP), European Delivery (ED) and Affinity Program (AP) incentive programs. All others excluded.
Must provide proof of MY05 or newer vehicle ownership (unexpired state registration or insurance card), sales agreement with customer

Employees are eligible for four (4) vehicles per year through this program and must be financed with Audi Financial Services whose account must remain open for a period of no less than
twelve (12) months.
Audi of America and AFS/Reliable Auto reserve the right to audit and charge back the incentive amount if abuse of the program is found through early payoffs within twelve (12) months of
contract date.
Dealers will not be charged back on total loss vehicles paid off within twelve (12) months of funding date.
The dealer review period for this program is sixty (60) days.

• Dealer will receive the 4% of MSRP reimbursement once the deal has been funded.

• Completed and signed AoA / VWGoA CEPP Eligibility Form (A17UCT01)
• Completed and signed AFS CEPP Claim Form

4.) DEPP & CEPP Guidelines
• Subject to credit approval. All applicants must qualify under AFS standard credit underwriting criteria.
• No Rent Charge Factor or rate participation allowed. No flats will be paid.
• Dealership employee must appear as either customer/co-lessee on the contract and must reside in the same household.
• DEPP & CEPP program may be combined with any AFS Special APR, Lease, and Premier Purchase rates unless noted in future communications.
• DEPP is compatible with all AoA Loyalty and Acquisition programs unless otherwise noted in future communications.
• All deals are subject to verification and validation through the reporting system.
• Please remind customers that they must make at least 11 invoiced payments before paying their account off.
• Funding packages must be received within 20 days of monthly sales close.
