Summary
This complaint is a formal report of a FAILED RECALL REMEDY regarding NHTSA Campaign 24V-744 (Honda TSB 24-052) on a 2023 Honda CR-V (VIN: [XXX]). The official recall remedy (worm gear spring replacement and grease application) was previously performed and marked as completed on this VIN. However, the vehicle is actively exhibiting a complete reoccurrence of the exact severe safety defect described in the recall. At highway speeds, the steering wheel exhibits sudden "sticky," binding resistance, requiring increased physical effort to turn, which leads to immediate overcorrection and a severe crash hazard. The vehicle was taken to an authorized Honda dealership for diagnosis of the recurring symptom. The dealership service department confirmed there was an issue and recommended a total steering rack replacement. American Honda Corporate has refused to cover the replacement, claiming a "steering rack" is separate from the recall scope. However, the defective worm gear targeted by Campaign 24V-744 is located entirely within the steering gearbox, which is structurally integrated into the steering rack assembly. The manufacturer's remedy has failed to permanently cure the safety defect on this vehicle, leaving it unpredictable and dangerous to operate. Summary
I was driving down the road and my airbag instantly deployed in my face without cause or notice. I became completely disoriented as it hit my hand and face with severe force and was extremely loud and shocking. I thank God that I had just let off the gas and didn't hurt anyone else. If I had panicked or was going through an intersection, experiencing a turn, coming to a stop, or someone in front of me stopped I could have struck another vehicle or object and caused death or injuries. I have not brought the vehicle anywhere to be checked out yet. My insurance refuses to cover it. There were no warning signs of this airbag deployment.

Summary
I have reported safety issues on this vehicle before, but a new one has arisen which is related to the same. It is the computer shorting out. While in the past I have reported lack of backup camera, lane keeping, cruise control, collision avoidance, now intermittently the power steering fails. I get an error. Thankfully, this occurs when starting up and not while driving (yet), but it is nearly impossible to turn the wheel. As of now, exiting the car, letting the car doors lock and then coming back to the car has solved the issue, but I worry about this occurring while driving. Tesla knows about the computer issues and should take responsibility via a recall rather than a pricey repair on my own as this is a well reported issue. I have received no communication or feedback despite the complaints I have lodged with you and with Tesla. Please intervene before someone gets hurt.

My torque converter is malfunctioning, there are no warning lights, and my car only started driving differently very recently in the past couple of weeks. According to the Ford mechanic my car has been throwing error codes since early May. The dealership was able to confirm that this happens, and that my torque converter needs to be replaced. My car is only four years old and only has 75,000 miles on it. Ford refuses to do anything to help with this almost $8000 repair. They also issued a recall for the backup camera, update was pushed to my car that was supposed to correct it, my backup camera now goes black frequently when I am reversing.

Summary
My strut bearings have been replaced several times in the drivers sides, my shock and strut has been replaced twice on the drivers side and now the passenger side is doing the same thing. The dealership tells me that there is nothing wrong but research shows this car has known suspension issues. My passenger side front has a loud metallic grinding sound when turning the wheel in park. I’m told this is the brakes which makes no sense. The car feels like it is on ice or sailing down the road, and the car does not maintain an alignment causing the insides of tires to wear out after 15,000-20,000 miles and need to be replaced.

Summary
I purchased a brand new 2026 Nissan Sentra from McGavock Nissan Lubbock back in XXX. Not the base model but the fully loaded all bells and whistles model. At 9pm on Friday. XXX, after dark a truck carrying metal dropped some of his load. Although I tried to avoid it I did end up striking a piece of the metal while 2 hours from Lubbock. The metal sliced a tire open from the side. I went to the trunk to get the spare tire only to find the spare tire compartment was empty. I had to spend $300 to have the car towed. I had to spend $200 to rent a hotel room since it was late and all the tire places were closed. Not having a spare in the car had me stranded overnight in [XXX]. I had to purchase a tire, jack, and wheel wrench to change the tire. So I'm out roughly $500 and change because there was no spare to get me home. Both Texas DPS and Canyon Police Department showed up to check on me. Both Officers were flabbergasted that the car had no spare or emergency equipment. So it's not a common occurrence or a well-known one. On XXX I went to McGavock Nissan Lubbock and spoke to Sales Manager Willis Hockett. I explained the story to him and asked for the emergency tire accessories the car traditionally came with. What he told me was that spare tires and the emergency equipment to put them on are now upgrades that you have to pay for. That it was my fault for not asking about the spare and emergency equipment during the sale. That if it was not on the window invoice that the car did not come with it. I asked why this "upgrade" wasn't included in the Nissan commercials or the paperwork I reviewed before I purchased the vehicle. I also asked why I wasn't informed by the sales person that the car was being sold in pieces instead of as a whole unit. Nissan is selling Brand New fully loaded vehicles without the standard safety equipment. This led to my being stranded overnight in a town 2 hours away because tire places were closed.
