IN THE WINTER MAKES IT SOMETIMES IMPOSSIBLE TO SEE OUT THE FRONT WINDSHIELD BECAUSE IT WILL NOT DEFROST THE WINSHIELD. I THINK THIS IS A SAFETY ISSUE THAT SHOULD BE COVERED UNDER A RECALL BY DODGE.
