THE TRUCK WAS TAKEN TO A LOCAL DEALERSHIP AND THEY WERE UNABLE TO GURANTEE A FIX BUT STATED THEY DISCONNECTED AND CLEANED A FEW GROUNDS BEFORE REATTACHING THEM. GM CUSTOMER SERVICE DECLINED TO ASSIST AT ALL WITH COVERING THE SHOP CHARGES. THE TRUCK THAT IS 3 YEARS OLD AND HAS LESS THAN 30K MILES.

I KNOW HAVE 42K MILES ON IT AND JUST OUT OF MANUFACTURER WARRANTY AND FCA HAS ISSUED A TSB FOR REPLACING THE STEERING GEAR FOR THIS EXACT REASON HOWEVER, BECAUSE THIS ISN'T CONSIDERED A POWERTRAIN COMPONENT OR A SAFETY ISSUE I AM OUT OF LUCK.
