Toyota issues a Customer Support Program Notification regarding paint peeling on vehicles with factory applied Blizzard Pearl or Super White paint. The original expiration date was December 11, 2022 with secondary expiration being 10 years after first use, in my case October 14, 2023. Within the period I had 3 different parts of my car repainted due to peeling paint. On July 19, 2026, paint began peeling again on the roof which is one of the panels that was repainted. I contacted Toyota Customer Care and their response was that the program was closed and no one could reopen the issue. I feel that the 10 year time was just an arbitrary deadline and since this issue had already been repaired once, the issue should be resolved again.

Hello I contacted bmw about a recall on my vehicle and made an appointment the gentleman I spoke with at first did the whole recall appointment. He wasn’t there on the day of and the other technician refused to conduct the recall repair and very rudely said to me you either pay $500 for diagnosing or you come pick up your car now otherwise I will charge you $200 daily storage he said the car didn’t start I told him yes of course is due to that recall which caused a meltdown leading to smoke coming in from the vents cutting all power to car . This guy refused to understand the situation and was really rude he said I have til the end of today to pick up the car and he disregard my appointment and refuse to fix it. So I call my AAA tow truck to pick up my vehicle and the refused to release it so now my car isn’t getting fixed and it’s being hold hostage

No one was harmed. We have been using the car seat for 9 months, assuming it is latched into the base correctly when we hear a click. We have a second interchangeable Graco infant carrier car seat in a second car but it was hardly used. While we were removing both seats to try out new convertible car seats, we noticed that the hooks on the carrier shell of the snugride snugfit are missing or pushed into the holes, where the hooks on the other Graco seat are present. When we attached the other carrier shell to the base, it became clear that the snugride snugfit carrier shell has not been latched in correctly this whole time. We are now using the other safe seat with the hooks in place. I have not contacted the manufacturer but I will do so today. The car seat is available for inspection.
