13. Install a new H6 bolt and 13 mm nut

Torque: 33 Nm
14. Install the rear triplex damper, refer to:

º Jesko Attack, WOM-00170.
15. Install the airboxes, refer to WOM-00206.

Remove the Front Stabilizer
1. Remove the front compartment plate, refer to:
º Jesko Attack, WOM-00132
º Jesko Absolut, WOM-00091.
2. Put tape on the lower anti-roll bar

and the upper anti-roll bar

to prevent damage

to the parts.

3. Loosen the 2× 13 mm counter nuts

to make the lower anti-roll bar

4. Remove and discard the H6 screw

Install the Front Stabilizer
1. Put grease on the inside of the stabilizer

and on the stabilizer axle

.

Consumable: High temperature grease

2. Remove unwanted high temperature grease from the threads of the stabilizer axle.
Consumable: Brake cleaner
CAUTION
The coated/painted side of the washer must point to the stabilizer. An incorrectly
assembled washer can cause damage to the vehicle.
3. Install the stabilizer to the stabilizer axle together with 2× new washers

and make sure

the coated/painted side of the washer point to the stabilizer.

3.1 If there is a shim washer

installed to the stabilizer axle, make sure it is correctly

installed.
4. Install the 21 mm

nut to the stabilizer axle.

Torque: 120 Nm
5. If necessary, remove unwanted high temperature grease.
Consumable: Brake cleaner
6. Do a pull test on the stabilizer:

6.1 Apply a force of 4 Nm ± 1 Nm to the top of the stabilizer in the direction

.

6.2 Apply a force of 4 Nm ± 1 Nm to the top of the stabilizer in the direction

.

7. Do a check of the results:
7.1 If the stabilizer rotates freely, without play, it is correct. Continue to step 11.
7.2 If the stabilizer does not move freely, without play, it is not correct. Continue to
step 8.
8. Do a check of the shim washer:
8.1 If there is a shim washer

installed on the stabilizer axle, continue to step 9.

8.2 If there is no shim washer

installed on the axle, continue to step 10.

9. If a shim washer

is installed on the stabilizer axle:

9.1 Remove the front stabilizer, refer to the section Remove the Front Stabilizer.
9.2 Remove the shim washer

9.3 Do this section again from step 1.
10. If a shim washer

is not installed on the stabilizer axle:

10.1 Remove the front stabilizer, refer to section Remove the Front Stabilizer.
10.2 Install a new shim washer.

in position.

13 mm nut

to the stabilizer

with a new H6 screw

and a new

. Tighten it with your hand.

13. Tighten the two counter nuts

. Do not turn the upper rod or the uniball.

Torque: 20 Nm
14. Tighten the H6 screw

and the 13 mm nut

Torque: 33 Nm
15. Put the lower anti-roll bar

in position.

16. Install the lower anti-roll bar
13 mm nut

to the stabilizer

with a new H6 screw

and a new

. Tighten it with your hand.

17. Tighten the two counter nuts

. Do not turn the lower rod or the uniball.

18. Tighten the H6 screw

and the 13 mm nut

19. Remove the tape from the rods.
20. Install the front compartment plate, refer to:
