Summary
Some IONIQ 5 (NEA EV) vehicles may exhibit a no START/READY condition when pressing the START/STOP Button (SSB). This bulletin provides the procedure to inspect for the START/READY condition, and if needed, replace the Body Domain Control (BDC) module.

then select Register Sensor.

Follow the instructions on the GDS and use
the TPMS Bluetooth Adapter to complete the
TPMS learning process.

Vehicle Operation Validation
1.
Perform an All Systems Fault Code search
and erase DTC history that had incidentally
occurred during the BDC module replacement
procedure.
2.
Verify the following functions are operating
normally:
• All key fob functions.
• Entering START/STOP mode by
pressing the SSB using the key fob.
• NO warning lights are displayed on the
cluster.
3.
The service procedure is now complete.
