word 0019):
+ DTC P1D6C00: 12V battery faulty - Symptom: 8519692 - Active/static OR Passive/sporadic.

Service
The following DTC and symptom code is logged in the Data Bus On Board Diagnostic Interface -J533- (address
word 0019):
+ DTC P1D6C00: 12V battery faulty - Symptom: 8519692 - Active/static OR Passive/sporadic.

Proceed as follows:
1. Read out history data and charge battery:
a. Run the test plan to read out the history data (read out all history data).
b. Charge the 12V battery with a charger that has a charging voltage of 14.8V or higher.
Leave the 12V battery charger connected to the vehicle during the flashing procedure.
1. Flash software using SVM Code:
To prevent charging of the high-voltage battery during the software update, the high-voltage cable is to
be removed BEFORE entry of the SVM code on vehicles with high-voltage components. Charging the
high-voltage battery during a software update can damage the high-voltage components.
The software for 0019 — Data Bus On Board Diagnostic Interface — J533- must be updated on this vehicle.
Please observe the information and instructions under “Additional Information” regarding this.
Proceed as follows — Different procedures depending on model year:
Model year 2022 — 2025:
1. Run SVM code 637A001
Model year 2026:
1. Perform TSB 2080608 (only start “SVM — Authorized Multiple Code Entry” after doing so).
2. Use the function “SVM — Authorized Multiple Code Entry” to flash the SVM Code:
BLEGT12VSOC,BLEGTCHECK
IMPORTANT: For new software update program, the SVM code must be entered exactly, including
commas and without spaces (copy and paste the SVM code chain).
Try to reproduce the customer complaint (based on the description/cause of the issue), so that it can be
clearly assigned to this TSB. The following repair must only be carried out if all the criteria (model/type,
chassis number, engine/motor and gearbox code, PR number(s), part number, software version, code etc.)
apply exactly. Otherwise, this solution will not eliminate the concern and repeat repairs may be necessary.
In such a case, we may reject the warranty claim and charge back the cost of the parts.

Additional Information
The software must be updated on a control unit in this vehicle, or the software must be updated on several control
units in this vehicle to ensure they function correctly in conjunction with the other control units in the vehicle. Please
inform the customer about the software update in question and ask whether they or other third parties have modified
the software (e.g. tuning or retrofitting involving modifications to the vehicle’s software). Please inform the customer
that this software update may neutralize previous modifications to the vehicle’s software performed either by the
customer or other third parties.
If the customer declines the software update, please inform them that this could lead to issues or restrictions with
the use of the vehicle or individual components.
Make a note to this effect on the order before it is signed by the customer. Include this information in the customer
file.
