Forest River is alerting you to an issue involving certain 2026 Flagstaff FLT25FBD & Rockwood RLT2522FB Travel
Trailers. Please see the information below, which describes the issue and provides you with details on the steps you
should take to have your vehicle repaired.
WHAT IS THE ISSUE?
The black and grey water holding tank may be wired in reverse as to read the level of the incorrect tank on the monitor
panel.

Turn off LP Gas at LPG Tank(s). Disconnect the vehicles’ battery Positive and Negative,
disconnect any House battery(s) Positive and Negative, if equipped with a generator
ensure it is off and lastly, ensure the vehicle is disconnected from shore power. Block any
tires/wheels to prevent the vehicle from rolling. Failure to do so may result in
electrocution, fire or other personal injury, property damage and/or death.

Tank Repair
The following are detailed instructions on how to rewire the black and
grey tanks so that they match what is displayed on the monitor panel.
Wires will be switched at the monitor panel instead of at the tanks. This
procedure can be completed in 1 hour including testing.

Tools
Required

 Screw Gun/Driver
 Square Head Bit

Step 1
 Open the front DS trunk door
 Remove the screws located on
the top and bottom of the décor
panel on the left to gain access
to the control box

Step 2
 Carefully pull back the panel
where you’ll find the control Box

Step 3
 Find where the tank wires are
attached to the controller and
confirm that the brown and grey
wires are reversed as shown

Step 4
 Reverse wires as shown

Step 5
Completion

 Reattach cover panel
