Condition
Some customers may comment that the vehicle will not crank and/or the battery is low or
discharged. When testing for a draw the technician may find a draw of 320 to 640 mA.
Cause
Software anomaly in the K38 Chassis Control Module.
Correction
Engineering has released a calibration update for the K38 chassis control module. Using TLC/SPS update the
calibrations for the K38 chassis control module.
Warranty Information
For vehicles repaired under the Bumper-to-Bumper coverage (Canada Base Warranty coverage), use the following
