Description:
Thermo King engineering identified a one-directional miscalibration in the
overload breakers causing the breakers to trip prematurely causing the units to
enter shutdown mode. Thermo King has determined breakers produced between
May 2021 – February 2024 need to be replaced.

Service Procedure:
Please inspect both overload breakers production date code. If either breaker
displays a date code between Week 22 2021 – Week 8 2024, (First impacted
code -TH2122, Last Impacted Code -TH2408), replace breaker with
corresponding campaign overload breaker part number. Return defective
breakers to Thermo King.
There are 4 possible scenarios within this service bulletin:
785A – Both overload breakers are outside of defective date range, no further action needed.
Allow 1 hour labor for inspection.
785B – Breaker #421963 is only component within date range. Replace #421963 with #047373.
Allow 1 hour labor and part #047373.
785C – Breaker #421978 is only component within date range. Replace #421978 with #047358.
Allow 1 hour labor and part #047358.
785D – Both overload breakers are within defective date range. Replace both breakers.
Allow 1 hour of labor and part #047373 and #047358.

6. The labor section will be completed automatically.
7. The parts section will be completed automatically.
8. Non-Thermo King TSA Parts section will be completed automatically.
9. Enter comments as needed; “Condition Found” and “Work Performed” for example.
10. Validate and claim information looks correct on the claim summary.
