Summary
The Thermo King
TXV valve supplier made modifications to the superheat setting on the Bus TXV valve (PN 615185) prior to receiving approval from Thermo King. Upon being notified of the quality concern, Thermo King conducted an assessment and identified that a total of 321 Bus units in the field are at risk. Description:
The Thermo King TXV valve supplier made modifications to the superheat setting
on the Bus TXV valve (PN 615185) prior to receiving approval from Thermo King.
Upon being notified of the quality concern, Thermo King conducted an
assessment and identified that a total of 321 Bus units in the field are at risk. This
issue requires prompt action to manually re-adjust the valves on the affected units
to ensure they operate within an acceptable range.
