2. Tamire Başlamadan Önce Koltukların Koruma Altına Alınması
Koltuklar, süsleme, döşemeler ve halı uygun örtülerle koruma
altına alınmalıdır.
3. Araçta kaynak işlemi yapılması
a) Aküyü devre dışı bırakınız. (Eksi kutbundan başlayarak)
b) Eğer elektrikli ve elektronik aletler (kontrol üniteleri, sensör ve aktuatörler) veya akü kutupları
kaynak yapılması planlanan şase bölgesinden veya kaynak aracının toprak hattından 2
metreden daha az mesafede ise bunların bağlantılarını kesiniz.
c) Motor ve araç arasındaki bağlantıları kesiniz.
d) Topraklama hattı asla motor, dingil ve yay gibi taşıt aksamlarına iliştirilmemelidir. Mil yatağı ya
da yay gibi parçalara zarar verme riskini ortadan kaldırmak için bu parçalarda ark oluşumuna
izin verilmemelidir.
e) Toprak hattı iyi bir şekilde bağlanmalı ve kaynak yapılacak bölgeye mümkün olan en yakın yere
yerleştirilmelidir.
f) Plastik borular, lastik veya kauçuk parçalar kaynak sıçramalarına ve 70 derecenin üstündeki
sıcaklıklara karşı korunmalıdır.
g) Kontak anahtarı çıkarılmalıdır.
h) Bağlantıyı kesme işleminin tam tersini uygulayarak tekrar bağlayınız. Şase, motor ve kapak
arasındaki toprak bağlantısının iyi olduğundan emin olunuz.
