Technical Background
There is a conflict in software between the PCM and display causing the display to be stuck in a loop. The fault
currently occurs after VR19.0.1-update has been performed, affecting PCMs at software versions 3793, 3823, and
3882. There are no fault codes associated with the display issue. Refer to the images below for the correct condition
that applies to the concern.

Service Information
The solution for this issue is to follow TI 65/23, updating the PCM software level to 3885.
1.
Create a separate PCSS job line for the concern.
2.
Create a Pre-VAL.
3.
Verify there are no relevant fault codes to the PCM, and PCM software level.
a.
If the PCM software level is ALREADY at 3885, follow the instructions:
i.
No further actions are to be taken.
1.
Replacement of the PCM does NOT reduce the likelihood of the failure
reoccurring.
b.
If the PCM software level is NOT at 3885, follow the instructions:
i.
Perform TI 65/23.
ii.
Create a Post-VAL.
iii.
Verify PCM software level is 3885.
