Purpose for Service Bulletin
This bulletin informs dealers that the Clutch Inspection Cover
on 2025 CVO Road Glide RR (FLTRXRRSE) models has been
changed from the original released version with painted accents
(Part No. 25702011) to one without painted accents (Part No.
25702011A) as part of a running change. Early motorcycles
were built with covers with the painted accents and later models
will arrive without the painted accents.

Informational Purposes Only

If a motorcycle has a cover with painted accents and the paint
begins to peel from the cover, dealers should replace the cover
with the updated cover without painted accents and file the
appropriate warranty claim if the vehicle is within the warranty
period.
The replacement Clutch Inspection Cover (Part No. 25702011A)
will arrive without painted accents and should be installed as
is.
Dealers do not need to retain the painted clutch inspection
covers (Part No. 25702011) per the standard Warranty Parts
retention policy and parts can be provided to the customer to
keep once the new unpainted part is installed.
