Condition
Customer states:

At the start of a trip, the warning “High-voltage electrical system: fault. Please contact workshop” (Figure 1) appears
in the instrument cluster. The drive system is not activated. The remaining range is displayed as 0 miles.

+ The concern is sporadic. After switching off the ignition and waiting for several minutes (bus sleep), the
concern is remedied.
