Service Instructions
See Table 1 for applicable service kit, if needed.
Correct setting of the turbocharger sector gear during installation is critical to proper operation. See corresponding Service Manual. Reference Procedure 010-134 in
Section 10.
Actuator part number in kit can deviate from bill of material but is confirmed to be backwards compatible.
X12 12-Volt applications must order a banjo bolt, Part Number 3924725, with service kit, Part Number 6476157. See Technical Service Bulletin, New Variable
