RAM 1500 Pickup (DT) - All Dealers FOR: Puerto Rico and US Virgin Islands
PURPOSE:
To announce the addition of Headlamp and Tail Lamp replacements on 2022 - 2025 RAM 1500
Pickup (DT) to the Vehicle Digital Imaging Pre-Authorization program for All Dealers to collect,
monitor and correct quality issues in a timely and efficient manner.
TIMING:
Vehicles received for repair on March 19, 2025 - Until Further Notice
ACTION:
The following repairs will now require Pre-Approval through the Vehicle Digital Imaging
Program:

e Headlamps (DT Only) - LOP 08-50-31-02/03/16/17

¢ Tail Lamps (DT Only) - LOP 08-50-85-02/03
Headlamp and Tail Lamp replacement on 2022 - 2025 RAM 1500 Pickup (DT) vehicles will
require Pre-Approval. This Pre-Approval will be administered through the Vehicle Digital
Imaging Pre-Authorization program.
