Purpose for Service Bulletin
This bulletin highlights the Harley-Davidson Warranty Policy
changes for dealers in North and South America for 2025.
Starting January 2, 2025, all dealers in the United States,
Canada, and Latin America will see the following changes
reflected in the 2025 Warranty Manual:
• No Trouble Found (NTF) fees charged by the Warranty Parts
Return Team have been eliminated.
• Authorizations for trike body replacements from Technical
Service are no longer required.
• Although a best practice, dealers are no longer required to
inspect over-the-counter parts for damage prior to retail.
What you need to do:
• You must review the 2025 Warranty Manual for additional
policy information which can be found on the warranty
landing page of H-Dnet.com.
• To navigate to the Warranty Landing Page, simply type the
word “Warranty” in the search field of H-Dnet.com and select
the black box for the Warranty Page.
• Throughout the year, ensure you are checking the “Latest
Warranty News and Information” section of the warranty
landing page for important updates.
