Selected EPA2021 compliant PACCAR MX-11 or MX-13 engines identified by PACCAR.
PACCAR will proactively contact dealers associated with chassis identified in this campaign and coordinate with customers to schedule the installation
based on parts and dealer availability. If a truck is in your shop and it is flagged in SIR, please proceed with this installation. We also welcome dealers to
proactively contact customers based on the regularly updated chassis list.

Campaign
Newly designed fuel injectors are available for EPA2021 compliant PACCAR MX-series engines to optimize engine performance.
Customers will be contacted when the software and injectors are available for their chassis.
Install upgraded injectors and software on identified vehicles as software and parts are available.
Chassis list will be updated as software is available for each batch of chassis.

Software/injector mismatch can cause severe
engine and aftertreatment damage.
1. Confirm with the customer that your dealership will be the repairing location before ordering parts.
2. Ensure all parts have arrived before scheduling the customer for installation.
3. In Service Management, select Campaign E318 to add it to the case. If the unit is released back into service without performing the repair, make sure
to also release the Campaign in Service Management.
4. If you are not using Service Management to start repair orders, review SIR for “Complete” or "In Process" next to the E318 Campaign code prior to
performing this repair.

Warranty
The chassis list will be updated periodically based on prognostic data. PACCAR will identify chassis, contact customer, and load chassis to PRWS and SIR.

Please follow your dealership's safety procedures and precautions to ensure the vehicle can be safely repaired and maintained.
Read all steps before beginning.
Ensure that DAVIE4 is updated to the latest version before connecting to any vehicle for diagnostics or software updates.
CAUTION
All 6 injectors must be replaced AND PCI-2
software updated in the
same service event.
Mismatched software/injectors will cause
system faults and
severe engine/aftertreatment system
damage.
1. Order parts as shown in Parts section (above) for engine type.
Do not use RMI for injector Part Numbers.
Ensure all parts have arrived before beginning installation.
2. Replace all 6 injectors with new Package 2 injectors. See parts section for current Injector PNs.
