change the routing of the wires coming out of the ignition block aimed to reduce the stress on the wires during the steering

Checking procedure:
Locate the wiring coming out of the vehicle's ignition switch on the right side of the motorcycle in the steering head area:
Check the wiring layout; the cable must have the routing as shown in the picture:

If the wiring is already in the position shown in the photo, no action will be necessary.
In the case that there are other routings or positioning of the wiring different from the layout shown in the picture, it
will be necessary to reposition it according to the procedure indicated in the next points reported.
Intervention procedure:
Remove the rubber tie placed in direction of the front of the vehicle on the wiring and remove the protective sheath;

Identify the antenna wire:

Move the steering full left.
With the steering in full left position, you will need to slide\move the antenna wire as much as possible towards the
rear of the vehicle, reducing at maximum the cable length in excess in the front side of the vehicle.
Reposition the previously removed rubber tie in the position indicated in the picture; the ideal position is in
correspondence of the right edge of the VIN label or 40 mm from the steering head:

Make sure that the bends of the cables coming out of the ignition switch are wide, without constriction points or
excessive tight bends.
Make sure that the antenna wire passes below all the other wires present.
Locate and disconnect the ignition switch connector.
Rotate the ignition block side-end connector one turn clockwise to pre-load the cable and help it keeping the right
position. Before re connecting, rotate the ignition switch lead connector so that the wiring faces the steering head.

Reconnect the ignition switch cable and keep it separated from the wires heading to the rear end of the vehicle.
Check that the wiring coming out of the ignition switch is oriented downwards. Otherwise, it will be necessary to
reposition it by changing the orientation of the cable guide located under the ignition switch cover in order to have the
cable pushed downwards:
The basic target is to obtain, with the steering assembly in its full right position, a wide and round bend on the
antenna and ignition switch cables, with the bent part of the wire facing downwards:

Perform a few full turns of the steering from side to side, in order to check that the layout is maintained correctly even
at maximum steering angles in both directions and that the cables are not pinched or pressed anywhere.
Perform a dynamic test of the vehicle to confirm compliance.

New position of the front rubber tie.
Wide bends on the wires in all conditions.
Antenna wire below the other wires.
Slide\move the antenna wire as far as possible towards the rear of the vehicle.
The ignition switch side end connector rotated 1 turn clockwise for correct orientation.
