1. Overview
Through continuous product quality monitoring, McLaren Automotive has identified that on certain McLaren 750S
Spider vehicles, the internal door panel to the peripheral pressure sensor housing interface requires resealing in the
area behind the door card. In the same area behind the door card, the door control unit requires inspection for
contamination.

as normal via Unidial 2.

3. Procedure
To inspect the door control unit, follow ‘P28 Spider Door Sensor Reseal and Door Control Unit Inspection’ work
instruction attached with this Service Campaign bulletin. To perform the required work to reseal the door sensor
housing to the door inner, follow McLaren Service Portal (MSP) D051050 ‘Occupant Restraint Control (ORC) Peripheral
Pressure Sensor’ work instruction.
Both actions, the inspection and reseal repair work, need to be performed to complete this Service Campaign.
4. Warranty Information
Submit a claim to the McLaren Warranty department following completion of the work, using the following details.

Care Point: Both doors must be completed as part of this Service Campaign.
Care Point: All photos taken as per the direction from the work instructions are required to be uploaded with the
Warranty claim.

5. Affected Vehicles
Affected vehicles will be flagged in the Retailer Portal when next opening a Workshop Visit related to the vehicle.
Your Regional Aftersales Manager will also contact you with a VIN list of affected vehicles.
