REMOVING THE ABS WALL PANEL
1. Remove the Overhead Cabinets
A. Open the overhead cabinet doors.
B. Using a screw gun with square bit, remove the fasteners securing the carpet panels from the lower
interior. (Figure 1)
C. Disconnect the electrical connections – lights, switch, etc. (Figure 2)
D. Leaving connected, remove the recept from the overhead cabinet. (Figure 2)

E. Using a screw gun with square bit, remove all fasteners securing overhead cabinet assembly:
1. Back of overhead into the chassis wall (Figure 3)
2. Side of overhead into second overhead or rear wall (Figure 4)
3. Top of the overhead into the ceiling panel.(Figure 5)

Remove the overhead assemblies and set aside for future installation.

2. With a screw gun with square bit, remove the valance with shade installed – approximately 3-4 fasteners
along the top behind the shade (Figure 6) and 1 at each lower corner (Figure 7).

3. Depending on model year built, the unit will either have a Go Pro Bar (Figure 8) installed or replaced by
fasteners.
A. Go Pro Bar installed: with a screw gun with square bit, remove the Go Pro Bar from the lower front
face of the ABS wall panel. (Figure 8)
B. No Go Pro Bar: with a screw gun with square bit, remove (3) hidden fasteners (Figure 9) securing
the front to side wall below the window.
4. With a screw gun with square bit, remove the ABS cover at the end of the kitchen base. (Figure 10)

5. Remove the bed top:
C. Remove the cushions from the bed assembly and set aside for future installation.
D. With a screw gun with square bit, remove fasteners from the bed top board – approximately 3
along the rear side and 1-2 on each end. (Figure 11)
E. Remove bed top assembly and set aside for future installation.

6. With a screw gun with square bit, remove
fasteners from the aluminum angle utilized for the
bunk rail.
7. On the bath wall, remove the screw pocket cap
covers and remove the fasteners securing into
side wall. (Figure 12)

8. Remove the refer
F. Remove the (2) fasteners from bottom of refer. (Figure 13)
G. Slide out the refer, disconnect and set aside for future installation.
9. With a screw gun with square bit, loosen the kitchen base from the floor and side wall.
10. Remove the fasteners from the ABS
wall securing to the chassis wall at top.
11. With the ABS wall completely loose,
remove the panel.
A. NOTE: there will be (3) pieces
of Velcro on the back side
(under the window) which will
have to be separated.

PREPPING ABS WALL PANEL
1. Using adhesive spray, attach the lauan pattern below the windows. (Figure 14)

2. Install u-channel rubber seal (Figure 15):
A. Starting at the top center of the rear window, install the u-channel rubber seal around the window
flange.
B. Starting at the top center of the forward window, install the u-channel rubber seal around the
window flange.
C. Use super glue to secure the rubber seal in the corners and splice joints for each window.

3. Install previously removed
netting from panel

RE-INSTALL THE ABS WALL PANEL
1. With a screw gun with square bit, secure ½ x 4 x 60 plywood
to chassis wall.
2. Slide the new ABS wall be back into position – aligning the
front of the ABS panel to the front panel installed.
3. Reversing the removal steps above, re-install all
components. (Figure 17-18)
H. Secure ABS Panel into chassis side wall.
I. Secure shower wall into the ABS Panel with the
screw pocket covers.
J. Push kitchen base back into place and re-secure to
the floor and sidewall.
K. Install both of the overhead cabinets and reconnect the electrical components.
L. Install the valance/shade assembly.
M. Re-install the Go Pro Bar to the
panel.
N. Re-install the bed base top
assembly and cushions.
