Votre véhicule (listé à la présente) est admissible à une campagne afin d’inspecter le câblage du système mains libres Bluetooth. Il est
possible que le système Bluetooth de certains véhicules Kenworth de modèles T180/T280/T380/T480 comporte des fils mal sertis, ce qui
pourrait l’empêcher de fonctionner lorsque le chauffeur essaie de placer ou recevoir un appel ou de brancher le système audio dans les
haut-parleurs du véhicule. Les véhicules concernés seront inspectés et une révision du câblage sera effectuée afin de sertir le câblage
du Bluetooth adéquatement tel que requis afin de réinitialiser la fonctionnalité du Bluetooth.

Dear Kenworth Customer,
Your vehicle (listed within this letter) is eligible for a campaign to inspect the wiring in the Bluetooth handsfree system. Certain
Kenworth T180/T280/T380/T480 vehicles may have mis-pinned wires in the Bluetooth system which may prevent it from functioning
when the driver tries to make or receive a call or connect audio to the vehicle speakers. Affected vehicles will be inspected and
wiring rework will be performed to correctly pin the Bluetooth wiring as needed to restore Bluetooth functionality.
Please contact a Kenworth dealership to schedule an appointment for this work. If you have already had this work performed, or if
your truck’s Bluetooth is working normally, please disregard this letter. You can find your nearest Kenworth dealer using the Dealer
Locator on our website www.Kenworth.com or by scanning the QR code on this letter.
When contacting your selected Kenworth dealer, refer to campaign 51-017 and the VIN listed on this letter. The work will take
approximately 1.0 hour, depending on repair scope, vehicle configuration, and dealer scheduling. There will be no charge to you if
completed by 05/01/2025. We apologize for this inconvenience but ask for your cooperation to ensure your continued satisfaction
with Kenworth products.
