Drag Tires – 2023 MY Challenger Demon 170
Due to the design construction of the rear Mickey
Thompson ET Street R drag tires, for the 2023
model year Challenger Demon 170, some tire
imbalance during typical street/highway driving is

to be expected and is considered normal. The
rear tire Wheel Balance LOP(s) will be restricted,
for the Demon specific sales code (TCR) and will
have no FCA US LLC warranty coverage.

Power Side Steps – Reverse/ Stop in Motion/ Do Not Deploy or
Stow – 2022-2024 Wagoneer/Grand Wagoneer (WS)
When an issue is identified with Power Side
Steps on WS vehicles, where the side step does
not properly deploy or stow, DO NOT replace the
Power Side Step Motor or Hinge Assembly. First

clean and lubricate the side step hinges in
accordance with Star Online Case Number
S2223000044 Rev. A; then reevaluate the side
step(s).

Mopar/ Free2 MoveCharge Chargers –
Warranty Coverage Clarification
The Mopar/Free2MoveCharge Chargers provided
by Free2Move eSolutions have their own
separate warranty and installation process.
They will have no FCA US LLC warranty coverage
for Labor or Parts. Any warranty related issues
will be handled through the Free2Move
eSolutions help desk. You may send a message

Requesting a VOR for Non-IMMO Parts
When requesting a VOR for non-IMMO parts, follow the path: DealerCONNECT> Parts> Contact Mopar>
Part Support.

Start the request:
• Enter the part number
• Select “Search” to bring up your orders

Select the Request Type:
• Once your intended order is displayed,
click the radio button to select it.
• You will want to choose “Other” as the
Web Request Questions
• Provide the VIN for the Vehicle Down
• Hit “Create Request”

Providing Data:
• Fill in all the highlighted sections
• In the Reason for Request box,
please supply “Part needs to
be upgraded to VOR for
RO#:________. This vehicle is down
in our shop and unable to be
returned to its owner”.
• Press Submit

Bed Divider Lock Cylinder Elimination – MY 2022 DT
Since 2022 model year, DT vehicles have not had
and will no longer have the following part numbers
for Bed Divider Lock Cylinder as part of their
equipment: 68312242AE and 68438041AA

The above part numbers have no other part
number that replaced them. The elimination of
the Bed Divider Lock Cylinder was implemented
since 08/23/22 triggered by a Complexity
Reduction Request from the program team.

Engine Cover Removal on 3.6L Engines –
MY 2023 – 2024 LA/ LD/ LX
The 2023 – 2024 model year LA, LD and LX
vehicles equipped with 3.6L engines, are no longer
equipped from the factory with an engine cover.
Engine covers were removed from ALL LA, LD and
LX - 3.6L trim levels since the implementation on
05/25/23.

Engine cover installation is not reimbursable on
a shortage and error claim, and will be charged
back if submitted, after this notice.
