DESCRIPTION:
A new ERAD/IEM assembly and HLCM have been launched for model year 2024.
During the first year of production of these new parts, we need to follow up on quality as quickly as
possible.
For this reason, please do not perform any repairs on the ERAD/IEM or HLCM units before
contacting Retailer Technical Support (RTS). RTS will then consult the Volvo Cars Central Quality
Organization regarding any potential repairs.
Note: ERAD/IEM and HLCM units should not be opened or replaced without instruction from RTS.
